Company Director
Aron has been working within the plumbing and heating industry since leaving school, jumping straight into his apprenticeship. After finding his feet working for local employers, he decided to take charge of his own destiny and became his own boss where he has been building a loyal customer base of private customers and letting agents.
Aron is able to tackle any problem that is thrown at him. His calm and collected approach to problem solving on installations show in how quickly jobs can be turned around whilst maintaining high workmanship standards.
Company Director
Paul started his journey in the gas industry in 2003 after deciding to change career paths once he completed a degree in graphic design.
Paul completed his apprenticeship in gas installation and maintenance with a small local plumbing and heating company in Plymouth and went on to work for various other companies that specialised in the repair of gas boilers and heating systems.
Paul developed his skills and knowledge in fault finding and repairing faults which led to him to becoming a manager and technical trainer for a team of engineers at a well established heating company in Plymouth.
Company Director
Scott served in the Royal Navy for 15 Years as an Engineer specialising in Communications, Networks and Security on HM Submarines. Qualified in coaching, mentoring, leadership and management, he left the RN as a Petty Officer to follow his interest in HVAC Technologies.
Since becoming a civilian, Scott has worked for a long serving local company as a Gas Engineer, specialising in heating and renewable system repairs, project managing HVAC installations, enhancing business practices and managing a team of engineers.
